EMOM30

Full body workout using soft shell exercise balls. Strengthen legs, arms, core, chest, back and most importantly heart and lungs! Each partici­pant can choose how fast or how slow to per­form the exercises and modifications are wel­come! Every minute on the minute.

Gentle Flow

Enjoy the breath and take the time to explore each posture thoroughly as we flow through a series of gentle postures at a comfortable pace.

Suitable for all levels.

Vinyasa Flow 1

This class provides a vigourous workout as we continuously move through a flow that combines accessible postures with specific instructiuon and repetition .

Suitable for intermediates and experienced beginners.

Vinyasa Flow 2

Step it up a knotch as we turn up the pace and the de-tox.

This class will keep you moving as we link challenging postures in this flowing Ashtanga inspired practice.

Intermediates and experienced beginners who are up for a challenge.

Restore & Reset

Restore the mind and reset the body with long holds in a series of passive postures.

The body is supported by a variety of props to encourage complete relaxation and tension release. Connect with yourself in this beautiful and balancing practice. Excellent for healing injury as well.

Suitable for all levels.

Power Yoga

Ramp up the intensity in this sweaty, flow style class. Fast moving, simple postures that burn calories, detoxify and make us feel alive! This is bootcamp yoga style  – cardio and strength training with yoga’s focus on mind and spirit.

Suitable for intermediates and experienced beginners who are up for a challenge.

Gentle/restorative with meditation

Join us on Mondays for a deeply healing restorative and meditation practice. Holding restorative poses allows the mind and body to settle, we facilitate a release of tension which allows us to move deeply into presence. The body finds rest and regeneration through the poses, and the mind is calmed through guided meditation. This class is an important part of our journey to health and wellness; connecting mind and body through breath and movement, connecting the thinking mind to the supreme wisdom that lies within each one of us. This is also a great opportunity to learn new skills to add to your own sadhana(practice).

Beginners

Focus on the breath and body connection as we build a solid foundation of yoga basics.

We will guide you through a series of accessible postures designed to build strength, increase flexibility, improve stamina and generally feel better!

Yoga really is for everyone so join us in our non-intimidating environment and see for yourself!Yin / Yang Yoga

Increase well being and equilibrium with a combination of yang (active) postures to engage and strengthen the muscles and yin (passive) postures to encourage the circulation of energy through the connective tissues and meridians. Enjoy the experience of these complementary practices as you unwind from one day of activity and prepare for the next! You will feel rested, balanced and strengthened. Great for the less active too!

All levels / some yoga experience an asset.

Barre

Barre merges traditional ballet technique with bodyweight training exercises, practiced together in a way that creates a challenging fitness class that will make you discover muscles you didn’t even know you had :) If you’re looking to improve your poster, tone muscles, strengthen your core and increase your flexibility, this program is for YOU! You will leave feeling stronger, taller and with a bounce in your step! Class is instructed to music however no dance experience required.
