MANTRA EXPERIENCE.
At Mantra, we love yoga, and we believe Yoga is for everyone. Our schedule reflects our intention to offer classes suitable for any student, from beginners to experienced yogis. In its very essence yoga is inclusive and welcoming, and we have designed a studio that reflects this.
Having a regular yoga or meditation practice promotes a sense of well-being and healing. Stretching and strengthening our bodies is essential for wellness and health. Yoga also builds and develops our resilience, patience and compassion, self-discipline and self acceptance - qualities we can nurture during our practice and take off our mats into our daily lives.

Mantra had an incredible Pier Yoga Season in 2023 with great weather and record attendance. We are looking forward to another great season starting in May 2024. Pier Yoga will be Fridays and Sundays 8:30-9:30 am
The Mantra schedule has grown with the addition of new classes:
• Restorative - Last Monday of each month - 7:00pm - 8:00 pm
• Warm Gentle - Wednesday 6:30 - 7:30pm
• Breath, Stretch, Restore - Thur 11:30am - 12:30
• Slow Flow - Thursdays 7:00 - 8:00pm
• Guided Cold Plunge, followed by an in studio warm deep stretch Sundays 8:30am - 9:30am
